Returns & Exchanges

We are confident that you will love your purchase. Though, if you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to help.

Our Policy

You have 7 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will check it is in original condition and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or other original method of payment). You will receive the credit within some days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We aim to process returns within 3 business days of your item arriving back to us.

Sale items

Refunds can be offered for regular priced items, unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, please write to us with details, photos and proof of purchase within 48 hours of receiving your product. Upon inspection, we will notify you whether your return has been approved and how to send it back to us.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please package your item carefully when you send it to us.

Postage

The cost of returning your item and the original postage costs will be your responsibility unless the item is faulty.  In this instance, postage will be incurred by Josh & Julia. Refunds will not be granted for delayed delivery or lost items, even if the delivery provider is at fault. Because of this, we recommend that you obtain tracking on your parcel and keep a proof of shipment.
